HELP & DELIVERY INFO

Prices
All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT for all EU customers. For all customers outside the EU, we will deduct the UK VAT at the time of check out. All prices and offers are subject to change without notice.

If you are buying outside of the UK, you may incur additional sales taxes and/or customs duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery and which will be your full responsibility.

Shipping

We endeavour to despatch all goods as quickly as possible. In most cases, if your order is placed before 1300GMT, we will be able to process your order the same day. Orders placed after 1300GMT will be unable to be processed until the following working day. (Please note, this means that any orders placed after 1300 on a Friday, will not be processed until the following Monday.)

All customers are subject to standard fraud prevention checks, which could potentially delay your order being processed and dispatched. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from any delay in delivery to you. As an added security requirement, we require that all orders over £500 be shipped to the registered address of the cardholder.

All orders are shipped with UPS, through our partners, CSM Logistics. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that all delivery times are working days from dispatch, not including weekends or holidays and are not guaranteed.

The following delivery charges will apply to orders placed through the website:

United Kingdom – Delivery time 1 – 3 business days.

*All package and posting within the UK is £8.

*Goods will be sent with UPS, through our partners, CSM Logistics. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

*If no one is available at the delivery address, you will be notified and re-delivery will be attempted. However, if the goods are undeliverable after 3 attempts and are returned to us, a £10 re-delivery charge will be incurred.

Europe - Delivery time 3 – 5 business days

*The cost for all shipments to European countries, we charge a flat rate of £15.

* All orders to Europe are sent with UPS, through our partners, CSM Logistics. A signature will be required for delivery.

* Please note that delivery times listed above are working days from dispatch and do not include weekends or holidays. We can not guarantee exact delivery dates.

*Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Rest of the World – Delivery time 5 – 10 working days

*The cost for shipments outside of Europe and the UK is charged a flat rate of £20.

* All orders will be sent with UPS, through our partners, CSM Logistics. A signature will be required for delivery.

Returns

We at Sara Berman believe in providing every customer with top-quality service and products. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and endeavour to ensure your complete happiness with whatever you purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us – unworn, in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the money to you minus any P&P charges.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility (and a refund will not be given) until they are received by us. We recommend that you send your returns by recorded post and that you retain proof of postage. Goods are returned at your own expense.

If the item was faulty when you received it, please notify us within 5 days of receipt.

What to do when returning something:

Please email us at customercare@saraberman.com to let us know that you are returning goods to us. In the email, please:

*Quote the order number

*State the item code for each item you are returning

*State the reason you are returning the item

*Indicate if you would like to exchange the goods or receive a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card originally used

*If you have requested an exchange, state the preferred delivery address for the new delivery

Then, send the goods back us:

*Ensure that the goods are packaged securely – we have to receive goods back in the original condition (all tags attached, etc)

*Include any paperwork related to the order

* Ensure the package is pre-paid (for your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service)

*If you are returning something that is faulty, please include a receipt for the cost of posting the faulty item back to us. Once we have received the item and confirmed the fault, we will reimburse you the full cost of the item in addition to the cost of posting the item back to us.

COMPLAINTS

We endeavour to not only provide our customers with excellent products but an excellent customer service as well. If you have any complaints about the level of service we have given you, your order, returning goods or anything at all relating to your Sara Berman experience, please email us at customercare@saraberman.com.

Callback – If you would like us to call you back, please provide us with a telephone number in the email you send us and we will call you back within 2 business days…however we will aim to get back to you within 24hours.

FAQs

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer gift vouchers.

Do you delivery to PO boxes?

Due to the fact that signatures are required for all deliveries, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Will you be getting any more in?

Most of the time, once something is gone, we will not be getting any more in. However, there are times that things will be re-run. Please email customercare@saraberman.com with the items code and we can let you know if we will be getting any more in stock.

I saw this item on a celebrity/in the papers/magazines but it’s not on your site, do you have any I can order?

Please email customercare@saraberman.com with a detailed description of the item (including colour and size) of the item you are looking for and we can either let you know if we have any available or direct you to a stockist in your area that might be able to help you.

I’m having technical problems with your website, can you help me?

Please email customercare@saraberman.com with any technical problems you are having and we will have our technical team get back to you.


Can I change my order once I’ve paid for it?

Can I cancel my order before it’s been shipped?

Payment is taken immediately for all orders therefore we are unable to cancel any orders.  You will have to wait until it is delivered and follow the Returns procedure outlined in our Policies and Procedures section

Do you have a shop?

At this time, there are no stand alone Sara Berman shops. However, you can find a list of the key boutiques and department stores where we are stocked under the Stockist section of our website. If you cannot find one in your area, please contact us and we will look at any additional stockists that we have not listed on our site which may be more conveniently located for you.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your UPS tracking number.

What size should I choose?

Our sizes run XS – L, which roughly correspond as below:

XS = 8

S = 10

M = 12

L = 14

Our sizing does tend to run on the smaller size. If you find you’ve ordered the wrong size, we are more than happy to exchange your item. Please see the Returns section under Policies and Procedures.

How will I know you received my order?

We will send you an email shortly after your order has been processed.
